Why the suit is cut to you
A pressure suit that fits is the difference between a flight you remember and a flight you endure.
Every suit we fly is made for one person. The neck ring, the glove bearings and the seat interface are measured at your fitting and checked again at T-30.
It takes six weeks. That is most of why the programme is as long as it is.
